At Sarita’s Creation, we value your satisfaction and strive to offer high-quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy in detail below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The issue is reported to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of issue, such as photos or videos, must be provided while requesting a return.

Please Note: Products that show signs of use, are without original packaging, or are returned beyond 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened yarn balls or skeins that have been unwound or used.

  • Custom or made-to-order products, including personalized items.

  • Sale or discounted products marked “Final Sale”.

  • DIY kits with broken seals or missing parts.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Attach clear photos showing the damage or incorrect product (if applicable).

  4. Wait for our team to review and approve the return request.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Refund Process

After we receive the returned product and it passes our quality inspection:

  • You will receive an email confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., bank transfer, UPI, credit card).

If the product fails quality checks (used, damaged, or missing parts), the refund will be denied.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (changed mind, dislike of color, etc.), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
